Bangladesh with its 165 million people is one of the most densely populated countries, eighth among the most populous in the world. Progressively we are stepping towards building a nation, where the human capital we have will be globally acknowledged as skilled workforce for all professional field. To this vision, Japan Bangladesh Friendship Foundation aims to contribute by growing a nation of skilled healthcare professionals, trained to meet the needs of ever evolving healthcare sector and explore the wide range of global opportunities in Healthcare Service. Nurses have been around for nearly two millennia in the healthcare sector. At present serving in a much different capacity than they used to do during the foundation period of this profession, since the landscape of healthcare industry continues to evolve and grow. The estimation of the Bureau of Labor Statistics states that, the profession will grow by 12 percent from 2018 to 2028, much faster than all other occupations.
